Frozen Charlotte Necklace, Sterling Silver Dump Found Doll

Frozen Charlotte !
Excavated on the grounds of the factory that made these bisque dolls back in the 1880s in Germany . Victorian Doll, also known as Frozen Charlotte or Pudding Doll on sterling silver settings.

The doll is exactly how it was found on a dump site - I have fitted sterling silver around the neck and back .

Overall length is approx 4.5cm long , doll is approx 3cm - comes with an 18" Sterling Silver chain.

Victorian dump or tip sites - large rubbish / trash sites that were in place before rubbish was collected at the door. The doll dates back to 1890s and is in really lovely condition. The glaze on the reverse of the doll has come off over the years hidden in earth.
